In the case of publicprivate partnerships (PPPs), ALBA provides the so-called PPP project suitability test – the recommended verifi cation procedure for determining the effi ciency of these "semi-public" investor models.

We design facility management services, issue invitations to tender, and egotiate with the facility management providers with a view to optimising operation and minimising the costs involved.
